Recce runs are incredibly valuable in preparation for the race, giving you knowledge of terrain, length on climbs, how to pace sections and where to take on nutrition effectively. Throughout the run we will discuss kit, how to tackle terrain and weather variables, fuelling, and any queries you have with regards to the route/race.
