Initial Assessment Process: After initial contact, you will complete detailed questionnaires to gather vital information, including:
- Running history
- Current fitness levels
- Target race times and goals
- Available training terrain
- Time commitment for training
Training Peaks Integration: Plans will be written on Training Peaks; a free account will be created for you if you do not already have one.
Detail-Oriented Customisation:
Your training plan will be tailored based on the comprehensive information provided in the questionnaires, emphasizing the importance of detail.
