Bespoke Training Plans: Crafted just for you, featuring specific sessions, durations, and intervals aimed at your target races or fitness goals.

Human-Created Plans: All training plans are written from scratch by experienced coaches.

Initial Assessment Process: After initial contact, you will complete detailed questionnaires to gather vital information, including:

  - Running history

  - Current fitness levels

  - Target race times and goals

  - Available training terrain

  - Time commitment for training

Training Peaks Integration: Plans will be written on Training Peaks; a free account will be created for you if you do not already have one.

Detail-Oriented Customisation:

Your training plan will be tailored based on the comprehensive information provided in the questionnaires, emphasizing the importance of detail.

 

Comprehensive Plan Features:

  - Week-by-Week Schedule: An easy-to-follow structure to guide your training.

  - Lifestyle Consideration: Careful planning to accommodate your personal commitments and lifestyle.

  - Tailored Workouts: Customised workouts designed to align with your specific goals and preferred training style e.g., running, cycling, swimming etc.

- Detailed Training zones document including RPE, pace and HR to use alongside each session from your training plan

- Strength and Conditioning

- Fuelling and hydration guidance
