Foam Rolling to reduce DOMS

We love using a foam roller. The purpose of a roller is to reduce muscle/connective tissue tightness. But too much compression overstimulates the muscle and causes the muscle to shorten in response and cause injury. Roll gently, if it’s hurts or uncomfortable you have pushed too hard.
