Our online coaching is built around you the athlete, incorporating up to date scientific practices into a training and support plan that will ensure you are achieving, and enjoying your running to your full potential.
No runner is the same and our ethos is to work with you as an individual, providing a bespoke tailored coaching service to ensure you are performing at your best on race day, or reaching your fitness goals. Your individual needs as an athlete matters the most to us and this is reflected throughout our coaching.
We address all areas of your running building on your strengths and working on weaknesses; from technique and form to fitness components, race strategy, stretching, nutrition and recovery.
What does signing up to online coaching entail? An initial phone call to discuss all relevant information about you, your training and the coaching. Weekly training customised to fit your lifestyle which includes running sessions, strength and conditioning and other cross training.
Your training will be uploaded to the online platform ‘Training Peaks’. Here you can leave us notes and receive feedback. All correspondence will be via this platform during our work hours (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm).
