Running Technique Analysis

40 minutes 1 to 1 Run Analysis
The session includes: warm up, flat run technique, up and down hill run technique, cool down and video analysis. During the technique analysis we provide feedback for you to integrate into running on different gradients.
Following the practical analysis session we create a report including images and video support with an action plan to improve your running technique. We also offer a follow up phone call to discuss any questions you have regarding your running and the action points going forward.
Analysis session is aimed at making you more efficient, faster and less prone to injury.
